In 2012 Advantage Lawnscaping was born to offer affordable lawn services to the twin ports. Owned by James DeMeyer. He built the company based on integrity and quality.

In 2012 Advantage Lawnscaping became CORE Landscaping. CORE Landscaping now offered Landscape design and installation services in addition to its Lawn Care services. CORE Landscaping quickly grew as the twin Ports' premier and fastest-growing lawn and landscape company.
In 2016 CORE Landscaping purchased AA Roll Off and now offered a full-service line of roll off dumpsters ranging in size from 10 cubic yard to 30 cubic yard.

The roll off division operates the only certified transfer station in the twin ports. The roll off division transfer station is also open to the public serving both residential and commercial needs. The ability to offer a place for local residents and businesses to drop off unwanted junk and appliances has been a tremendous help to our community.

In 2018 CORE Landscaping / AA Roll Off, now offering multiple services across multiple divisions including Lawn, Snow, Roll Off, Landscaping, Demolition, Excavation goes through the process of rebranding to CORE Advanatge, paying homage to the company where it all began. In this new rebranding, we realize our advantage is based on our wide array of services, our commitment to integrity, communication, and providing value to our clients.  

2021 CORE Advantage acquires and develops CORE Metal works. A full service welding and fabrication division serving the needs of Twin Ports businesses. CORE Metal works is able to custom fabricate equipment parts, stair rails, industrial tools, and more. Our professional welders are certified to unlimited thickness welding.

New for 2022 CORE Advantage created a full-service construction and remodeling division. Specializing in property maintenance and remodels, this division is fully licensed, bonded, and insured to help with commercial and homeowner construction and remodel projects in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
